East Village — Phase One
East Village is a $176 million mixed-use urban development in St. Albert, Alberta, combining high-density residential, retail, and public amenities. Our team supplied thousands of square feet of prefabricated ComFrame® steel systems for the first phase, enabling fast, efficient, and high-quality construction.

Background
Located in the growing Erin Ridge North community, East Village, also known as the Urban Village, will deliver 250 rental units, 100 assisted and affordable housing units, and over 70,000 square feet of commercial space in a walkable, mixed-use environment. The first phase, delivered with CFS’s prefabricated light steel system, includes 176 residential units and sets the pace for the entire multi-phase development.
