Emmanuel Care Home — Lighthouse
Located in Edmonton’s Inglewood neighbourhood, the Lighthouse is a 101-suite seniors’ living facility built with our prefabricated light steel system. Developed by Emmanuel Seniors Living Society, the project blends modern construction innovation with a faith-based, community-oriented environment.
Background
The Lighthouse represents a new chapter in seniors’ housing for Edmonton’s west-central core. Built on a 3.7-acre site along St. Albert Trail, the development features a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites, ranging from 525 to 1,250 square feet, along with spacious common areas and a commercial kitchen. The project’s location offers residents excellent transit connections and nearby services while fostering a supportive community.

To deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality facility, we supplied the entire superstructure using an off-site prefabricated light steel framing system. This approach allowed construction to progress quickly and predictably while meeting the Lighthouse’s unique design and operational needs.
