Background

The Lighthouse represents a new chapter in seniors’ housing for Edmonton’s west-central core. Built on a 3.7-acre site along St. Albert Trail, the development features a mix of one- and two-bedroom suites, ranging from 525 to 1,250 square feet, along with spacious common areas and a commercial kitchen. The project’s location offers residents excellent transit connections and nearby services while fostering a supportive community.
