Located in Calgary’s East Village, VIBE is a 14‑storey residential development that showcases the capability of cold‑formed steel framing in a complex, high‑density urban setting. The building features a two‑storey concrete podium with twelve storeys of COMFRAME™ superstructure above, requiring a structural solution that supports architectural complexity while maintaining schedule certainty and constructability.

The Galloway

The Galloway is a forward-thinking 323-unit rental development in Calgary’s Beltline District, pairing inclusive design with a modern 10-storey light-gauge steel structure designed, delivered, and installed by our team. The project dedicates 33 purpose-designed units for neurodivergent residents, developed in partnership with The Sinneave Family Foundation.

West Pointe Apartments

Located in Grande Prairie’s growing Westpointe neighbourhood, West Pointe Apartments is a six-storey multi-family development designed to address regional housing demand with speed, scale, and affordability.
